Rebuilt for tactile focus

A cleaner timer that finally feels like time is moving.

The old version looked like a mockup pretending to be a product. This one treats the hourglass as the main character, gives actions proper weight, and makes the next step visible before people have to think.

A believable timer is not only about animated sand. It needs a clear sense of what is happening now, what happens next, and how much momentum you have already built.
Lower friction actions

Tasks and settings live below the main stage.

That keeps the timer visually dominant while still making planning and tuning easy when people need them.

Keep only the tasks that deserve a block of attention. If everything is in here, the timer stops helping and starts nagging.

No tasks yet. Add a small, concrete target so the timer has something worth defending.
Beyond the current redesign, the next leap would be optional sound textures, haptics on mobile, and a subtle transition when the hourglass flips between modes. That is where “real” starts becoming memorable instead of merely pretty.
